Alibaba Group came to us looking for a new approach on how to explain how some of their brands and companies work, for a better understanding on the western countries, mainly the USA market.
We were very excited with the opportunity as Alibaba is the biggest e-commerce company in the World, which we admire as one of our favorite companies ever.
But there was one catch, we had only less than 2 weeks from script to delivery, and a small but experience team.
We had to develop new workflows and design a new production pipeline to that we could process content and changes very efficiently, while still maintaining a high level of quality and brand identity.
Alibaba's team was also one of the most professional, fast, and experienced teams we've ever worked, making this project a very pleasurable experience to all parts. We are very happy with not just the results after less than 2 weeks, but with the trip from beginning to end.
Alibaba's "11.11", is also the biggest shopping day in the World, where Cainiao ships more than 300.000.000 packages bought over Alibaba's e-commerce websites in one single day, and delivers them all in 24h.
